Bought this model close to one year ago, mainly for small varmine control. After shooting about 1000 rounds or so and taking a few small varmits, this gun is nothing put impressive. The larger caliber delivers somewhere between 9 to 11 ft pounds of kinetic energy, which is great for a non-regulated air rifle here in canada. Right out of the box this rifle is amazingly accurate, more then enough scope on this model to satisfy any shooters needs. Many find this springer type rifle heavy, but the weight helps reduce the recoil therefore increasing accuracy. This model is a TACK-DRIVER, worth every penny.
