All Orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
Airguns are only sold to those aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested before an airgun is shipped.
We will do our best to ship out products as soon as possible (usually the next business day) but due to circumstances this may not always be possible. The store has been set up so that you should be fully aware of what sort of delivery schedule you can expect. If an item has no notes related to delivery or out of stock conditions, you can assume it is in stock and able to be shipped immediately.
ScopesAndAmmo.com is based in Ontario, Canada and charges GST, HST and/or PST as required. As we are a Canada-based airgun, firearm, optics and accessory dealer, we follow all Canadian laws- there are no exceptions for anyone.
All shipments are sent via Canada Post and require a signature and are automatically insured. There is no option to remove the signature or insurance requirement. This protects both you the customer, and ScopesAndAmmo.com from suffering unnecessary loss.
Our catalog offerings may change at any time, we try to purchase items as they are available at a price that allows us to sell them as economically as possible. If you see something you may want to purchase in future, please contact us for more information on its likelihood of being available later.
We will do our best to process orders efficiently and quickly. If any issues or problems come up we will attempt to communicate with you as soon as possible.
Airguns, firearms and other shooting accessories are not toys. We make no warranty as to their safety and effectiveness in any given situation. All manufacturers warranties and guarantees apply to the products we sell. How you use them is your business- but please remember that nothing sold on ScopesAndAmmo.com should be considered a "toy" and be allowed to be used by anyone under the age of 18 without direct, qualified adult supervision.
