As a Canadian airgun vendor, we send all shipments via Canada Post and require a signature and are automatically insured. There is no option to remove the signature or insurance requirement. This protects both you the customer, and ScopesAndAmmo.com from suffering unnecessary loss.
When going through the "Checkout" you will be given shipping options (delivery times) and their corresponding prices. ScopesAndAmmo has no control over these shipping charges, the shipping quotes are generated by Canada Post and fed through our system based on shipment weight and physical size. Airguns and some selected items are quoted based on being shipped alone in their as-from-factory box. If you order an airgun and accessory items, the system will state there will be more than one box. We will do our best to integrate items and pack orders as efficiently as possible to minimize shipping costs and refund any extra you may have been billed.
All sales are final, but we aren't unreasonable; if you receive a product that is defective right out of the box, please contact us within 3 days and we will do our best to replace it upon receiving the defect product back from you. All the products we sell have manufacturers warranty locations in Canada. Each manufacturers warranty period is different. If you have any questions for a specific product or manufacturers warranty program, you can contact us, or the manufacturer directly.
Service Parts carry no warranty and are only returnable for exchange or refund at our discretion. Pre-paid orders for custom pieces or assemblies are non-cancellable. We check every service part prior to packing to verify it's integrity. In the case of defects in respect to materials or workmanship, for example incorrect indexing locations on a receiver housing or the like, which are unlikely to be observed during packaging, we will accept returns for exchange and deal with the manufacturer. Please remember that manufacturers often change the materials and design of many of their service parts. We cannot control this and are not asked for our opinion on such changes. If you receive a newer "replacement" service part that does not meet your expectations, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Abuse or misuse of a part or product nullifies any warranty claims. Alteration of the product from its original configuration or disassembly of a product also renders any warranties null and void. Please remember this before trying to modify, repair or alter any products.
For Customers outside Canada: Currently we do NOT take orders from people outside Canada.
